What is Modnique and what products do they sell?
Modnique is an online shop that hosts boutique sales events from a variety of brands and designers. They offer a number of products available at large discounts, such as clothing for men and women, accessories, shoes, home goods, beauty supplies, and other types of gifts. Discounts are between 50% and 85% off merchandise, but each sale event only lasts a limited time.
How does it work?
Modnique offers sales events that last between 36 and 72 hours. For each sales event, different items and designers will have a limited number of items for sale. Once the items are gone, customers will no longer be able to take advantage of the sales. Sales start at 10pm EST and 7am PST or at 10pm EST and 7pm PST. All items offered through sales events are only offered for a limited time, so once they’re gone, you will never see them on Modnique again. Clicking on All Events will give you a list of all the current items for sale.
What brands are offered at Modnique?
Modnique has a large number of designers and brand-name products available for each sale event. The designers and companies choose what items to put on sale and for how much. Some of the popular designers include Betsey Johnson, Ed Hardy, Annalee Hope, Lavender Brown, Blowfish Footwear, Seiko, Ray-Ban, and Philip B.
What does “In Member’s Cart” mean?
If you have selected an item that says “In Member’s Cart” it means that another member has added the last available item to their shopping cart. They have one hour to complete the purchase, otherwise the item will be released back into the sales event and be available for purchase.
Is there a limit to how much of one item I can purchase?
Yes, there is a limit but the limits vary based on the item. Some limits are based on the number of total items, while other limits are based on individual items and quantities. The limits vary during each sales event, and will be listed on each item’s description page.
Do I need to sign up?
Browsing Modnique does not require a user account, but if you plan to make a purchase, you will be required to create an account. Signing up for an account is a quick and easy process and completely free of charge.
What are the shipping policies of Modnique?
Items purchased from Modnique’s sales events can be shipped to nearly any country. US orders get free Fed-Ex shipping for orders over $99.00 if you are currently receiving Modnique’s daily email subscription. International orders are priced based on the country of origin. Canada and Australia orders cost $4.99 for shipping items of $99.00 or more but shipping costs are higher if your order is below this amount. Outside of these countries, shipping starts at $9.99. Once you purchase an item, Modnique requests the item from the designer which can take 10-17 business days. After that, the item is sent through Fed-Ex Smart Post which takes another 4-7 business days to arrive at your home. International orders take up to 4 weeks after Modnique has received them from the designer.
What is the return policy for Modnique?
Unless the item states “Final Sale,” it can be returned within 30 days as long as it has not been worn or washed and is in its original packaging. To return your item, log-in to your Modnique account and click on “Returns.” Select the items you want to return and follow the instructions for shipping the items back to Modnique. You will receive your refund within 3-5 business days after Modnique receives the returned items.
